Job Overview:

At Cotopaxi, people are always at the heart of what we do, and in our Distribution Center, you’ll play a key role in supporting not just our customers' direct orders, but also our brick-and-mortar stores, wholesale partners, and more! As the B-Shift Fulfillment Operations Manager you’ll oversee all production departments within the DC from Inventory Control to Picking, Packing and Shipping for our weekend operation (Friday - Sunday).

This position is perfect for a dynamic leader with 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment or operations, who is self-directed and exceptional at driving operational excellence. They/she/he will lead our weekend operation and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale orders, working closely with internal partners and the CX team to maintain seamless operations. This role will also be responsible for setting daily production goals, driving productivity improvements, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace for our B-Shift team.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities):

Operations and Expectations:

  • Ensure daily production goals are met and accurate staffing levels are in place to support these efforts.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure the product is getting out the door appropriately and efficiently, and proactively provide timelines and volume flow updates to appropriate parties.
  • Manage the processing of freight throughout the Fulfillment Center. Ensuring receiving, picking, packing and shipping accuracy and efficiency, and determining areas of improvement to further expedite this process to better support our customers.
  • Consistently striving to meet or exceed performance and efficiency metrics such as Units Per Hour (UPH), Cost Per Hour (CPH), Service Level Agreement (SLA), accuracy, and budget targets.
  • Be the direct point of contact for the B-Shift team and ensure a smooth transition of operations between weekend and weekday operations.
  • Oversee equipment operations including reach trucks, order pickers, and double jacks (training available).
  • You don’t mind being on your feet and can lift 50 lbs.

Experiences to Highlight (What You Need to Succeed):

Your Experiences:

  • You bring 3-5 years of experience overseeing eCommerce and/or Wholesale operations in a DC.
  • You bring 3-5 years of experience leading a team of 20+ direct reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and have previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Jasci and NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Our DC channel is growing and evolving, so you’ll be evolving with it, which is why we like to see candidates who show a strong capacity for collaboration, creative-thinking, and adaptability.
  • Prior forklift experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $57,000-67,000/year and will be based on the experience that you bring to the table.
